City of Middletown Animal Control captures and transports stray and lost dogs to the Middletown Humane Society and also assists residents with animal-related calls in accordance with City of Middletown Animal Ordinances. In conjunction with the Middletown Humane Society, the City of Middletown Animal Control offers low-cost rabies clinics and information for low-cost spay/neuter for dogs and cats. All dogs must have an NY.S. license after the age of 4 months - Love them - License them. Animal Cruelty is against the law - See Something - Say Something.
