We are pleased to announce that The City of Middletown is no longer in a Micro-Cluster Zone!
The decision means our area is now only subject to statewide COVID-19 rules and restrictions, rather than the stricter rules that came with a micro-cluster designation.

In order to facilitate orderly distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, the Orange County Health Department asks that residents complete the Vaccination Information Request Form. Visit https://vaccination.orangecountygov.com/ to complete this online form. Once you've done so, your information will be added to an Orange County, New York mailing list, and you will receive updates via email, phone, and/or postal mail from the County, when the vaccine becomes available. This will help our residents equitably receive updates on vaccine distribution, as it is made available to the Orange County Health Department.
For information on current availability of the vaccine, check the NYSDOH https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ or contact any provider with an available vaccine.
If all appointments for vaccine distribution at the Orange County, New York-led PODs (Points of Dispensing) are full, you will receive subsequent emails when additional appointments become available including how to register for an appointment (provided you have completed the https://vaccination.orangecountygov.com/ page)
